Extra virgin olive oil produced from our centennial olive trees which are between 100 and 150 years old.
A coupage of the redondilla, picual, and cornicabra varieties.
The balanced mixture of these varieties gives us a special oil of very high quality with highly structured tastes and aromas; it is mild on the palate but has a powerful flavour.
Characteristics:
- Very fruity, far from bitter, and mild yet spicy.
- Mild with a sweet taste and an extraordinary fragrance.
- Hints of freshly cut grass.
- Highly balanced with a sweet taste, mild yet spicy and far from bitter in its aftertaste.
- Soft and very fruity nuances with a slight taste of almonds, bananas, mint, figs, green tomatoes, and apples.
Combinations:
- On salad and toast.
- White fish.
- Grilled vegetables.
- Pasta dishes.
- Paellas and rice of any kind.
- Barbecued and grilled meat.
- Mayonnaise and similar sauces.
