Its name (525) is a tribute to the average age of its olive trees and their Roman tradition and origin.

This extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olives from our trees that are on average over five centuries old.

It is produced from the traditional indigenous redondilla variety as it has been for centuries.

Owing to their age the production of the olive trees is low, although the olives obtained from them are of very high concentration and quality.

The olive trees are of the redondilla variety and their yield is very low. From every 100 kg of grapes of this variety only 14 litres of extra virgin olive oil are obtained whereas other varieties produce from 22 to 28 litres from every 100 kg. This indicates that the oil we obtain is highly concentrated as far as taste and aroma are concerned.

All the foregoing means that this unique oil is of very high quality and of very limited production.

This redondilla olive oil has been produced in the Tiétar Valley in the traditional manner for centuries and is known for:
