Its name (210) refers to the average age of the olive trees from which the olives are obtained and the olive-oil tradition left by the Romans in the Tiétar Valley.

This extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives from our bicentennial olive trees.

It is produced from a coupage of the redondilla and cornicabra varieties.

Owing to their age these olive trees also have a limited production, but on the other hand the olives obtained from them have a great concentration of aromas and are of very high quality.
